A small team ready for large challenges.
We are a microcompany, and we are planning to keep it that way. This approach allows us to build and maintain strong personal relations and mutual trust. And that, in turn, translates to the premium quality of the work we do for our clients. We are well aware of our strengths and use individual differences between team members to broaden our horizons. Because wide perspective and eagerness to learn are a must in the translation business.

Managing partner and certified translator
A businesswoman and experienced certified translator of the Polish and English languages. In 2010, she launched Wordlink, which she has managed and grown ever since. She has created a team of dedicated female project managers—open, empathetic, and understanding to dynamically changing circumstances. A mom of 6-year-old Hania, who has learned on her own example that combining private life with a career is not a piece of cake. She firmly believes that alterations in our personal lives should lead to adjustments in our work practices. Thus, in early 2024 she implemented a shorter, 35-hour work week at Wordlink.
She is responsible for key account development, plans new direction for Wordlink operations, and supervises implementation of company objectives. Kasia specialises in legal and creative translation. She has a knack for writing and dares to show it.
