Katarzyna Wysocka

Managing partner and certified translator

A businesswoman and experienced certified translator of Polish and English. In 2010 she launched Wordlink, which she has managed and grown ever since. She built a team of dedicated project managers — open, empathetic and understanding of changing circumstances. A mom of 6-year-old Hania. In early 2024 she introduced a 35-hour work week at Wordlink.

She is responsible for key-account development, sets Wordlink’s direction and supervises delivery. Kasia specialises in legal and creative translation.

Karolina Łukiewicz

Senior Project Manager

Expert in managing large-scale, complex linguistic projects. Perfectly organized and attentive to detail, she keeps a watchful eye on deadlines and quality.

She typically manages the most challenging written, audiovisual and interpreting projects. She holds an MA in linguistics and psychology. A podcast listener, animal-lover and vegetarian.

Iga Moroz

Iga is a conversation expert and usually the first person to win new clients’ trust. She represents Wordlink in business organisations such as the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Open, cheerful and enthusiastic — a real people person. Mom of Zbyszek and caretaker of Mała, the team’s dog. She enjoys long walks in the woods and yoga.

Ewa Migdalska

Precise and meticulous in planning and delivery. No detail escapes her. She finds non-standard solutions with ease.

She leads language projects with patience, professionalism and empathy. She is temporarily focused on a private project, caring for little Krzyś, and will be back at work soon.

A renowned interpreter of English and German. High-profile clients value her professional, friendly approach.

During the pandemic she co-created a global platform for online interpreters and technical support. Her contact book makes her the person to call for ad-hoc interpreting in extraordinary conditions.
